Board Membership Information

Thank you for your interest in Trillium Board of Directors

Trillium Board has a 3 member minimum and a 15 member maximum and we recruit throughout the year. In considering submitting a letter of intent for a Board Member seat please review the documents here which outline the scope of commitment. Our Board has an ongoing need for members with legal, accounting & finance, business, and development expertise.

Fundraising Experts
Mortgage Industry Experts

The process to becoming a member of the Trillium Board is:

1. Attend a board meeting.

2. Send a written statement of intent to the Board. Include your information about your professional background and your reason for seeking a position on the Board at Trillium.

3. A board member will contact you to set up a meeting to discuss board membership in more detail.

4. Attend a board meeting after the board has had an opportunity to read your letter of intent. Take part in a Q/A with the whole board.

5. The board will vote to approve or not approve your seat on the board.
