Trillium Kitchen wants your feedback! Complete this survey to let Preston know your favorite and least favorite menu items, and to submit your suggestions for new items. Can’t remember what you ate last night, let alone last month? Review the recent menus above before taking the survey. Note: Paper surveys are available on the bulletin board outside the kitchen.

Purchasing School Lunch

All lunches must be prepaid. When in the lunch line, your student should present a lunch ticket or punchcard – not cash. A single lunch ticket costs $3.50. Lunch tickets and punch cards may be purchased in the office at any time. They do not expire until the end of the school year.

Free or Reduced Price Lunch

Actively enrolled PPS students in grade levels pre-K through high school are eligible to receive free or reduced price lunch benefits valued up to $1,000 per year, if your family meets one of the following criteria:

Students who are eligible for free and reduced-price meals may also be eligible to receive additional benefits such as fee reductions and/or waivers and low cost internet if you date, sign, and submit the “Permission to Share” form (page 3 of paper application). Remember to keep your meal benefits approval notification letter, as it will be needed when applying for other benefits.

Your application must be approved by September 30th, 2017. Please apply online or complete the paper application and turn it in to the office.
